Hi, I’m Arseny Kuznetsov.
I’ve been working in coffee for almost 20 years — I started at 16 as a barista assistant in a coffee shop in Novosibirsk, and over the years, I’ve lived through every stage of the industry: barista, shift lead, trainer, sales manager, coffee equipment technician, green bean buyer, and finally, roaster.
For me, coffee isn’t just a profession — it’s a lifelong passion.
In 2018, I became the Russian Coffee Roasting Champion, and in 2019, I went on to win the World Coffee Roasting Championship in Taiwan. It wasn’t an easy journey. Just a year earlier, I had placed near the bottom. After that, I went home and decided to completely rethink everything I knew about roasting. That moment marked the beginning of my method — a system that allowed me to achieve precision, repeatability, and flavor clarity.
Since 2020, I’ve also been developing my own coffee brand — Coffee Gravitas, which has gained recognition among professionals and coffee lovers worldwide. For me, it’s not just a product, but a way to speak the language of taste on a global scale.
