1.1. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users of the Systema Coffee platform may request refunds for purchased online courses.
1.2. By purchasing any course on https://systema.coffee, (https://systema.coffee/) the user confirms agreement with this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. A user may request a 50% refund of the course price within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the course start date.
2.2. Refunds are granted only if the user has completed no more than 20% of the course and has not violated the Terms of Use.
2.3. Refund requests must be submitted via email to: evgenyshotgeo@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request” and must include:
* Full name and email used for registration
* Course name
* Date of purchase
* Reason for the refund request
2.4. The Operator will review the request within 7 (seven) business days and notify the user of its decision via email.

3. Refund Method
3.1. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during the original transaction within 10 (ten) business days after approval.
3.2. All processing fees or bank charges related to the refund shall be borne by the user.
3.3. The Operator is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

4.1. A refund will not be granted in the following cases:

* More than 20% of the course has been completed
