Hey! Today we’re sharing the recipe for the signature drink Nice Tart by barista Mikael Justin. This cocktail is inspired by the Indonesian dessert Nasta and combines the freshness of pineapple, the sweetness of vanilla, and the creaminess of coconut cream with a bold shot of espresso.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • 10 ml classic vanilla syrup
  • 30 ml coconut cream
  • 1 shot of espresso (20 g coffee → 40 ml beverage)
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Mix the pineapple juice with the vanilla syrup and coconut cream. Whisk or stir lightly to create a smooth base.
  2. Add ice to a tall glass.
  3. Pour the prepared fruit-and-cream mixture over the ice.
  4. Finish the drink with a shot of espresso, pouring it carefully on top to create a light layer — this gives the cocktail a layered effect.

And that’s it! Nice Tart is a refreshing, fruity, and creamy drink with a subtle coffee bitterness.
