Ingredients:

  • 20 ml Cream Banana Syrup
  • 20 ml Banana Cream Syrup
  • 80 ml DOA milk blend (dairy, oat, and cashew milk)
  • 1 shot of espresso (20 g coffee → 40 ml beverage)
  • 10 ml chocolate sauce
  • Ice, for a shield glass

Preparation:

  1. Place beautiful ice cubes into a tall shield-style glass.
  2. Mix the milk blend with the banana syrups. Stirring increases the viscosity of the drink, which helps when layering the espresso on top.
  3. In a separate container, combine espresso with chocolate sauce and stir lightly — this is the mocha component of the drink.
  4. Carefully pour the espresso-chocolate mixture over the iced banana milk to create a layered effect.
