Flora Fizz Drink

Hey! Today we’re sharing the recipe for the unique signature drink Flora Fizz by barista Mikhail Justin — a fresh, light, and simultaneously energizing cocktail where floral tea notes meet rich espresso.

Ingredients:

• 80 ml of jasmine and oolong tea, brewed together and carbonated
• 15 ml Green Apple Syrup
• 10 ml Rich Syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
• 3–4 ice cubes
• 1 shot of espresso (20 g coffee → 40 ml beverage)

Preparation:

1. Mix the carbonated tea with the syrups — Green Apple and Rich Syrup. Stir lightly to combine the flavors.
2. Take a tall glass and add 3–4 ice cubes.
3. Pour the tea mixture over the ice.
4. Finish the drink with espresso, pouring it carefully on top to create a layered effect.

And there you have your Flora Fizz! Light, refreshing, with bright floral and fruity notes and a gentle coffee bitterness.
